Nobody quite does cocktails like My Belle’s. We’ve taken some classic drinks and blended with our luxury gelato or sorbetto to create a unique twist on a selection of timeless favourites.
Our signature cocktail and one that is named after a very special little lady. Luxurious almond sorbet is blended with sweet Amaretto, fresh lemon and egg white to create a truly indulgent delight. Trust us, it’s gorgeous (just like the Belle we take our inspiration from).
For a touch of bygone glamour, try our refreshingly zesty Mimosa. Thought to have been invented at the height of Art Deco, this citrusy classic is given a My Belle’s twist as vibrant orange sorbet meets Cointreau and Prosecco before being garnished with fresh orange.
A deliciously indulgent treat for all coffee lovers, the My Belle’s Caffé Martini is our caffeine-infused interpretation of a time-honoured favourite. Vanilla vodka is expertly blended with rich café latte gelato before it is finished with a shot of peppy espresso and a garnish of coffee beans.
Let your imagination take you on a journey to Italy with the fresh, vibrant ingredients that make our Basil Cooler a real treat for the senses. Zesty orange sorbet is mixed with torn basil leaves, Limoncello, lemon juice and orange bitters to finish.
A true Italian classic, the Negroni is all about taking a selection of heady ingredients and creating the perfect balance. Our version does exactly that too – combining Campari and orange sorbet with Amalfi gin, red vermouth and a dash of orange bitters.
Sweet and seductive, our beautiful Burlesco combines luxury Madagascan vanilla gelato with fresh passion fruit, passion fruit vodka and passion fruit liqueur topped with pineapple juice. We don’t forget the bubbles either. Just for that extra touch of sophistication, it is served with a chaser of Prosecco in a passion fruit casing.
Completely innocent but also a little bit indulgent, our non-alcoholic gelato mocktails are bursting with the finest ingredients and created using My Belle’s luxury gelato.
Creamy and just a little bit naughty but without the alcohol. Our heavenly take on the Pina Colada blends tropical* coconut sorbet with fresh pineapple juice and a shot of vanilla and caramel syrup before it is finished with a generous helping of squirty cream and cherries. *Hammock not included with this drink.
Fans of the creamy classic dessert will love our cherry and chocolate-laden non-alcoholic treat in a glass. We combine sour cherry and chocolate gelato with cream, chocolate and cherries before topping it all off with yet more cream, cherries and a Flake.
Childish enough for adults, but serious enough for kids. Scrumptious peanut butter gelato is mixed with cream, strawberries, strawberry syrup and crunchy peanut butter. Yummy.
We all need to let our hair down occasionally and that’s why we created this fun and fresh interpretation of the classic banana split. Fruity banana gelato is combined with double cream, maraschino cherries and caramel syrup before being topped off with a generous helping of whipped cream, cherries, nuts and chocolate.
Somewhere over the rainbow…you’ll find a delicious innocent mocktail thanks to your friends at My Belle’s. We take a scoop of rainbow sherbet sorbet and blend it with fresh apple juice and lime. Next we pour over ice, before completing our colourful creation with popping candy and a glow stick rainbow.

Packed with refreshing fruits and flavours, our Garden of Eden cocktail is the perfect pick-me-up. Delicate elderflower sorbet is blended with pear-infused Grey Goose la Poire vodka and mixed with subtle cucumber, lime and apple juice.
Sugar, spice and all things nice have been carefully selected to create this My Belle’s favourite. Basil and chilli gelato provides a warming base with a dash of Italian Malfy gin and Limoncello while a garnish of chilli provides a hint of heat.
Put a spring in your step with our Schwing packed with zing. Fresh strawberries find a perfectly delicious match with our balsamic gelato, before being blended with vanilla vodka, zesty lime and ginger ale. We finish it all off with a strawberry garnish and cracked black pepper.
